Afternoon Tea at Surbiton Trophy: 29th May - 5th June

The Great Big Event Company's kitchen, Surrey-Pantry, have created two courtside Afternoon Tea Boxes for your enjoyment during the 8-day Surbiton Trophy. To be enjoyed courtside, The London Afternoon Tea boxes are pre-ordered and come with a selection of finger sandwiches and sweet treats with an option of adding prosecco, for 2 or 4 people. Simply order below for collection during the tournament.

Our buffet menus are suitable for family gatherings in particular.  We love creating a display of meals that are eye-catching and mouthwatering for all ages so we've put together some lovely Buffet menus for you to choose from. 

Traditional Buffet Menu


  • Coronation chicken
  • Poached dressed salmon (side)with minty new potatoes
  • Rare roast side of peppered beef with creamy horseraddish sauce & watercress
  • Baked Ham with dijonaise
  • A selection of 3 salads of; mixed leaf salad, creamy potato salad with dill and onion, red cabbage & carrot salad with a light dressing

Served with a selection of artisan breads, dipping oils & salty butter


  • Lemon tart
  • Winter berry crumble & custard

Vegan Buffet Menu


  • Chickpea and spinach curry with falafel and mini flatbread (vegan)
  • Chard and new potato curry
  • Vegan Chilli with rice, sour cream (vegan cream, vegan grated cheese) & chopped, tomatoes & spring onions)
  • Butternut squash and coconut red curry with sticky rice
    • All served with either; rice, flatbreads, or sticky rice

Served with a selection of artisan breads, dipping oils


  • Tart Tatin with pouring cream (vegan)
  • Tropical Fruit Salad with pomegranate & mint sauce

Vegetarian Buffet Menu


  • Lentil and root vegetable hotpot
  • Leek and potato pie with buttery, mint new potatoes
  • Kale and mushroom lasagne with a lightly dressed leafy salad
  • Greek spanakopita: traditional spinach, feta cheese & filo pie with a romesco sauce

'Sylvie's' - Vegan Brunch Menu


  • Cranberry and orange granola
  • Nutty walnut granola crunch with oatmeal with maple syrup, bananas, and nuts
  • Fresh fruit salad with fresh mint
  • Watermelon, cucumber, and mint breakfast salad

Cold with warm items

  • Smashed avocado, sweet vine tomatoes and fresh parsley on bagels with chilli flakes
  • Field mushrooms roasted red peppers and scrambled tofu on wholemeal toast
  • Vegan sausage sandwich with choice of sauces

Sweet Grazing Buffet items

  • Blueberry muffins
  • Banana muffins with nuts
  • Selection of bread with non-dairy butter and jams, cashew, almond or peanut butter, marmalade


  • Flavoured waters with cucumber, apple and mint/kiwi, mint and apple juice
  • Fruit smoothie with baby spinach leaves and almond milk
